GodStuff History

 

“If you abide in me and my words abide in you,

you shall ask whatever you will: and it shall be done unto you.”

Roland LaChance founded GodStuff on the basis of his strong Christian background. He grew up tough in a tough town, spending many years working and playing hard, taking credit for his successes and paying for his mistakes. By the early 1980’s, Roland had experienced a lot of life and was his own man. Something had begun to stir inside him, however, and he couldn’t seem to shake it. He felt it was the voice of God, but for a long time, he dismissed it. Finally, when the feelings became too strong, Roland doubtfully challenged God. Even in his skepticism, he witnessed “hair raising, unexplainable happenings.” As many times as he tested God, God answered with unmistakable impressions.

 

It is hard to convey how God speaks to us. For Roland, His messages “become implanted in my heart.” They don’t go away. In Roland’s words, “I spent years challenging God, and God has challenged me to spread the Word.” GodStuff was conceived as means of answering that challenge.

 

We at GodStuff believe that if you care about someone, you want them to be saved. Our offerings of tee shirts, sweatshirts, and jewelry are meant as a means of opening up conversation, perhaps implanting an idea in the heart of those seeking a meaningful path. We have had terrific reception thus far and are grateful for this opportunity to bring others closer to God and his Word.
